We want you to love your new gear, so if you're not 100% happy, you can return your items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in the portal.
Drop Off or Post
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized post office or courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
